Mr. Cho is currently the managing partner of Atrium Asia Group of Companies. He has over 20 years’ experience in investments, fund management, corporate management and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Cho has served as an Executive Director of Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited, a Public Company listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from Sep 2016 to Jan 2018. He has also served as the President Commissioner of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk from 2013 to 2015, a hospital-management company, whose shares are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Mr. Cho graduated from University of Texas at Austin, United States, with double Bachelor Degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics in 1991 and obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from the same university in 1992.
Mr. Oei currently serves as the managing director of Atrium Asia Investment Management Pte. Ltd.. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry where he started off his professional career in Indonesia with Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi, PT Danareksa Daiwa NIF Venture. Subsequently, he joined CYPAC Investment Management Ltd in Taiwan, one of the investment arm of Kuomintang in Taiwan. Being a Vice President with CYPAC for 10 years, he managed VC/PE funds that were investing in unlisted and listed companies, covered both information technology and biotechnology industries throughout Asia Pacific region, and Silicon Valley, USA.
He graduated from Australian’s universities for both his Bachelor degree in Business Accounting and Master of Business Administration.
Mr. Goh currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Atrium Asia Investment Management Pte. Ltd.. He is responsible for the Company’s accounting, taxation, audit and financial management. Mr. Goh has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Financial Controller in a listed company in Singapore. Prior to that, he worked in an asset management firm in Singapore for more than 7 years, where he last held the position of Head of Finance.
Mr. Goh graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a member of the ACCA and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He graduated with a Diploma degree in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
Ms. Lim currently serves as the director of Atrium Asia Investment Management Pte. Ltd.. She graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1999 with a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services. Whilst studying, she was attached to BNP Paribas Private Banking department, as a backroom operations assistant for 6 months, where she gained knowledge of the functions of banks and their operations.
After her graduation, she worked as a Client Service Associate with Merrill Lynch International Bank Ltd Singapore, handling a portfolio for the Taiwan Offshore Markets.
She left in 2000 to pursue an external degree at Singapore Institute of Management, from London School of Economics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance with a Second Class Upper Honors. She rejoined Merrill Lynch International Bank Ltd Singapore as a Specialist in 2003. She supported Private Wealth Managers with the servicing of the portfolios of Ultra High Net-worth clients from South Asia Markets.
She left in 2006 and held various positions such as VP of Sales and Trading at Emirates Tarian Asset Management Pte Ltd (2006 – 2009) and assistant manager at SUTL Logistics and Warehousing Pte Ltd (2009-2015), managing the family office.
